Order & Refund Policy

Order Cancellation
Customers may cancel their order within 24 hours of placing it, as long as it has not been processed or shipped. To request a cancellation, please contact our customer service team at care@beautilux.co. Once an order has been shipped, cancellations will no longer be possible, and you will need to follow our return policy. You will receive a confirmation once your cancellation request has been processed.

Refund & Return Policy
We only accept refunds or returns for products that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if you experience any issues. To initiate a return, please email us at care@beautilux.co with your name, purchase date, and details of the issue. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the refund status. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
